A booking link is a public page where guests book a meeting on your calendar. Guests do not need a Macro account. Bookings send a calendar invitation to all attendees, with a Google Meet link if configured. Booking links require a connected calendar.
  1. Open Settings → Booking links, or click Copy booking link in the calendar topbar.
  2. Click New booking link. On a team, select personal or team ownership.
  3. Set the title, duration, and availability schedule.
  4. Optional: notice time, buffers, booking window, daily limit, and guest questions.
  5. Turn on Accept bookings and save. New links are paused until Accept bookings is on.
Links can be paused, duplicated, previewed, and copied from the list.

Availability

Availability contains weekly schedules. Each day has one or more time ranges. Schedules support date overrides and a time zone. One schedule is the default for new links. Times that are busy on your connected calendars are not offered. Team links are collective, which books all hosts, or round-robin, which books one host. Hosts are set in the link editor. Each host’s default hours and calendar availability apply. Team owners and admins can edit team links. Other members can view them.

Booking page

Booking page sets the name and description shown to guests. Guests select a time zone, date, and time, and answer your questions. Guests receive a private receipt link to reschedule or cancel.

Bookings

Bookings lists upcoming, past, and cancelled meetings for a date range. Search by guest, title, or email. Filter by link. Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled. Past bookings can be marked attended or no-show.

Insights

Insights shows bookings over time, meeting hours, no-shows, and top links for the last 7, 30, or 90 days or a custom range. Download exports bookings as CSV.

Agents

Agents can create and edit booking links. The agent shows the hosts, availability, and rules and waits for approval before saving. Agents and MCP clients use ListBookingLinks, CreateBookingLink, and EditBookingLink.
