Whitelisting Macro
Macro relies on several secure processes that run directly on the local machine. Sometimes, certain enterprise anti-virus configurations can interfere and prevent Macro from working properly. Ensure that Macro is whitelisted and can launch: Java (JVM, JRE) and .NET.

Clearing user's cache
For troubleshooting purposes, this page details the process of clearing the cache, often done before a full uninstall of the app. Uninstalling CoParse does not automatically delete the cache and it must be done manually as per the instructions below:
Windows

This will delete the cache for the current user.
Warning: Clearing a user's cache will clear the "Recent Files" section from the PDF Viewer, and will require the user to sign back in to their account upon re-opening the app.
