# ListForms

> Find forms the user has an explicit or inherited grant to.

# ListForms

Find forms the user has an explicit or inherited grant to. Filter by name query, status, minimum access or backing database. Returns up to 50 recent matches and a total; narrow filters when truncated. This does not enumerate all public forms or read response cells. Use ReadForm for current content and stable IDs before editing.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |

| `query` | string | No | Case-insensitive name substring; omit to list recent forms. |
| `status` | `"open"` \| `"closed"` | No | Filter by current open/closed setting. |
| `access` | `"view"` \| `"edit"` \| `"owner"` | No | Minimum effective permission. |
| `databaseId` | string | No | Restrict to a known backing database. |
